*****PLEASE NOTE:  THE FOLLOWING BY-LAW/RULE CHANGES WERE PASSED
FOR THE 2010 SHOW SEASON.*****

1) For the 2010 year-end awards in the open classes, BOTH THE RIDER & OWNER
OF THE HORSE shown MUST be MQHA members for points to count.
2) In order to be eligible for year-end awards, an individual must earn a minimum
of 10 MQHA points AND must show at a minimum of 10 shows (or 50% of the
shows in which a particular class is offered, if it is offered less than 10 times during the show season.

Owners &/or exhibitors must have a current membership in each division that
they wish to receive points. Please note that the MQHA Handbook states:

Memberships must match owners name as stated on papers.
(i.e. If a horse’s papers show a husband and wife, both must
have a current membership.)

THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

PLEASE NOTE:Year-end awards will only be given in classes that are
held at least 3 times, with the highest point earning horse earning at least 10 points.
