Hey everybody it’s Darrin!
I hope everyone had a great time getting their boogie down last weekend. Also I hope everyone got home safely and enjoyed Super Bowl XLIII. I am very excited for the New Year, and you’ll know what a New Year means new officers and directors!

The next subject I would like to advise is that we are going to be switching from postal to E-Mail. This will be the LAST letter we will be sending postal. Making the switch will be more environmentally friendly; also we can cut costs this way. Therefore if you can send a E-Mail to Liz Creech at elizabeth.creech@gmail.com of if you don’t have an E-Mail address we will be posting the letters on the MQHA website.

 

The second subject I wanted to talk about was the code of conduct and the letter of intent. The important thing is that none of your points will count until you have your code of conduct signed and in Linda Murphy’s hands. This can be found on MQHA’s website at http://www.moqha.com/index.html then click on the youth tab towards the top. The code of content and letters of intent are both available for downloading. Everything is pretty self-explanatory Linda Murphy’s address is on the pages; so send that to her as soon as you can!

Shows on school days are not qualifying shows!

THINGS TO GET DONE 

1.     Download letters of Intent and Code of Conduct
2.     Mail them with your fees to Linda Murphy
3.     Make sure you have your MQHYA membership dues paid
4.     Start getting your 15 service hours done
