Where are you from: Olathe, Kansas

How long have you been showing horses? I made my lead-line debut at the age of 2. I now show Select, no need to work that math.

How long have you been in Missouri? While I do not live in Missouri, I have always LOVED showing in Missouri and really call the Missouri Quarter Horse Association my home state affiliation and family

What is your favorite horse show? The All American Quarter Horse Congress

What is your favorite event to show in? Hunter Under Saddle and Showmanship

What is your favorite class to watch? Reining and Cutting

Who is your all-time favorite horse? And why? Opie He is now 30. We learned to LOVE showmanship together and he is "the one" that has kept the internal fire fueled for the love of the animal and the sport.

If you are not at a horse show, what would we find you doing? Baking prize winning pies, tending to my flock of hens, playing in my herb and flower gardens or watching The Mayor referee High School Basketball.

Do you have another job…besides taking care of your horses? Selling Real Estate and Teaching Yoga

Favorite food? Mexican

Favorite restaurant? Anywhere with a good Margarita or Martini

Favorite fun class at a horse show? Costume Classes ... Love the expression of creativity.

Favorite movie? 'Blazing Saddles'

Favorite quote? "If you can't find the Sunshine. Be the Sunshine."

What is your dream vacation? Quiet time off grid, beach or mountains, just anywhere off grid.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you? My nickname is Trixie, and I love to sing with the band at weddings.

One piece of advice you would like to share with exhibitors who are just getting started? Be kind to everyone and play well with others.
