Terms of Agreement:

1.  Booth availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Signed Contract/Agreement and payment in full must be received 15 days before event begins.

3. Electricity to booths is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Booth map will be emailed after full payment is received.

5. Booth setup may begin at 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the event starting.

6. All booths must fit within the assigned area. Vendors will supply all items necessary to operate booths.

7. All booths must be set up and operational by 5:00 pm on the day prior to event start date, and not dismantled until noon on final day of the event.

8. Vendors are to park in the lot north of Barn 7.

9. Vendors may stay overnight in an RV spot. Arrangements are to be made directly through the National Equestrian Center at (636) 561-8080. Hotel reservations can be made at the Holiday Inn Express, 1775 Technology Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63368, at (636) 300-4844. Mention MQHA to get the special rate.

10. The National Equestrian Center will be locked overnight. Vendor equipment and merchandise may remain on site overnight at your own risk.

11. Vendors shall dispose of all trash in dumpsters and have booths completely dismantled by the end of the show.
